Slide On Vans Australia builds custom-made products to order. As such, deposits and payment terms are governed by the conditions below.
1. Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your production slot. Deposits confirm your commitment to proceed with a custom build.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has commenced.
2. Cancellations
If a cancellation request is made prior to production commencement, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion, less administrative and material costs.
Once production has commenced, cancellations may not be eligible for refund.
3. Change of Mind
Due to the custom-built nature of our products, change-of-mind refunds are not available once build specifications are confirmed.
4. Warranty Issues
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes consumer guarantees under Australian law.
5. Final Payments
Final payment must be completed prior to collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
